Refund Policy

Fanzum is operated by EFG Group Ltd and acts as the Merchant of Record on every transaction. All refund requests are reviewed and processed by Fanzum directly — not by the athlete.
Memberships
- You may cancel a membership at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- The current billing period is generally non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are at Fanzum's discretion (e.g. if the athlete becomes unavailable).
Tips
Tips are voluntary, one-off payments and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of obvious error or fraud.
Digital products
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is faulty or significantly not as described. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Physical products
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in original condition.
- Items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
How to request a refund
Email us via the Contact page with your order or membership reference. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact Fanzum before initiating a chargeback. Disputes raised without giving us a chance to resolve may result in account suspension.
