About Fanzum
Fanzum is a platform operated by EFG Group Ltd that allows athletes and creators to monetise their audience through:
- Memberships
- Tips
- Direct messaging
- Exclusive content
- Merchandise sales
- Digital products
By using Fanzum you agree to these Terms.
User Accounts
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login details secure
- Not share accounts
Fanzum may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Athlete Accounts
Athletes may:
- Upload content
- Offer memberships
- Receive supporter payments
- Sell merchandise and digital products
Athletes remain responsible for:
- Their content
- Tax obligations
- Product fulfilment
- Compliance with applicable laws
Fanzum reserves the right to review, suspend or remove athlete accounts at its sole discretion.
Payments
Supporters authorise Fanzum to process payments for:
- Memberships
- Tips
- Products
- Messaging services
All payments are processed through approved payment providers.
Fanzum acts as Merchant of Record and may collect payments before distributing athlete earnings.
Athlete Payouts
Athlete earnings:
- May be subject to review
- May be held for fraud prevention
- May be delayed while chargebacks or disputes are investigated
Fanzum reserves the right to withhold or reverse earnings connected to:
- Fraud
- Stolen payment methods
- Chargebacks
- Terms breaches
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant Fanzum a worldwide licence to:
- Display
- Host
- Store
- Promote
that content solely for operating the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Upload illegal content
- Harass other users
- Impersonate others
- Attempt fraud
- Circumvent payments
- Upload malware
- Use automated scraping tools
Limitation of Liability
Fanzum provides services on an "as available" basis.
EFG Group Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Indirect losses
- Business interruption
- User-generated content
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
Changes
Fanzum may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
