Terms & Conditions

Fanzum is a sports fan membership platform operated by EFG Group Ltd ("we", "us", "Fanzum"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Fanzum connects athletes with their fans through memberships, exclusive content, tips, messaging and merchandise. Fanzum acts as the Merchant of Record for all payments made through the platform. All transactions are processed by Fanzum's payment processor on Fanzum's behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Athlete accounts require approval before they can receive payments.

3. Payments and athlete earnings

• Fanzum collects all payments from fans as Merchant of Record.
• Fanzum does not use Stripe Connect or any other connected-account scheme. There are no automated payouts to athletes.
• Fanzum reviews athlete earnings and pays athletes manually after a holding period and standard checks.
• A platform fee is deducted from each transaction before earnings are credited to the athlete.

4. Fan obligations

You agree to use Fanzum lawfully and respectfully. Abuse, harassment or unlawful behaviour will result in suspension.

5. Athlete obligations

Athletes are responsible for the content they post and for fulfilling memberships and orders they accept.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Liability

Fanzum is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, EFG Group Ltd's liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Fanzum in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
