- Technical errors occurred
- Fraudulent transactions occurred
Tips are normally non-refundable.
Merchandise refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Fanzum reserves the right to investigate all refund claims.
